One of the biggest challenges of digital development is to create and maintain Internet security. In 2016, Internet attacks affected the data of about one and a half billion Internet users, which is almost the half of active Internet users.
Copyright infringements, industrial espionage, and state-sponsored cyber-attacks affect nation-states ’information assets and critical infrastructure elements on a daily basis, and cyber-espionage poses unprecedented challenges to national security organizations.

Therefore, the national cyber security strategy will be reviewed and a national event management center will be established, as well as a digital information security, cybersecurity education and training concept.
